LATE ARRIVAL AND NO SHOW POLICY

If you are even for 5 minutes late, it effects the service that can be provided and effects the clients time after you. There is 15 minutes late policy.  If you are running late to your appointment, please call me at 206.226.0475. I will do everything I can to accommodate. However I usually work with clients back to back.  Therefore appointment might have to be reschedule in later time. PLEASE SHOW UP ON TIME.

It’s consider clients to be a 'no show' if you arrive to your appointment 15 minutes or more past the start of your appointment or not show up at all. If clients who “no show” repeatedly to their appointments may be asked to prepay for their services in full prior to being able to book an appointment. The clients who “no show” for a chemical service (color, perms, etc.) forfeit their 50% deposit for the service. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

I require at least 72 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules for any chemical appointments and 24 hours for haircut appointments.

DEPOSIT

I require 50% deposit to hold all chemical service appointments. I ask for 72 hours notice for any cancellation, not doing so for your color services, texture/digital perm services will result in forfeiture of the 50% deposit for that service. I thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
